Strain Family Home
Built in 1974 in Chambers Landing on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, 296 Snowbird Loop became part of our childhood in 1981. A three-story home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, common living space on every floor with closet space for seasonality, this home welcomes many family and friends. In close proximity to Emerald Bay, Sugar Pine Point State Park, and D.L. Bliss State Park, there is no shortage of trails and outdoor adventure. The Chambers Landing Beach, Bar and Restaurant are a summertime staple. A critical component is the Membership to Chambers Beach and Mountain Club which includes summertime access to the private beach (including door to door bus service to/from beach), pool and tennis courts and wintertime driveway snow removal.
